Water sources, no pollution, safety, and fire resistant properties, is one of the most has the development potential of the lubrication media. Rubber as the matrix of water lubrication rubber bearing material, has good friction and wear resistance,strong anti-wear grain wear and fatigue wear and easy processing and the advantages of light weight. If the water combined with the advantages of rubber, the preparation of water lubricated rubber bearings, can solve the traditional bearing use process for oil and precious non-ferrous metals such as strategic resources waste and pollution of water environment problems. Rubber bearing with the conventional metal bearing, also there are a lot of differences between different varieties of rubber, curing conditions, friction and lubrication medium mode will be of rubber bearing a large impact on amount of wear and friction coefficient.This paper by using acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber as matrix, the preparation of the bearing material, on the friction and wear properties are studied, the mechanism is also discussed, aimed at the preparation of high performance to provide theoretical basis for the water lubrication rubber bearing.Through the experiment explored the nitrile rubber vulcanization curve and determine the best curing temperature, curing time and curing pressure;By changing the carbon black and rubber bearing reinforcing agent dosage to research shaw hardness change rule, for when the dosage of carbon black more than70phr hardness is accord with the ship industry standard in China standard (GB/T531);In reciprocating friction experiment, explored in the friction state of dry friction under different load conditions, nitrile rubber abrasion and friction coefficient changing with the content of carbon and molybdenum disulfide;In water lubricated friction test, the amount of black carbon and molybdenum disulfide through experiment inquiry for rubber bearing abrasion quantity and the influence law of coefficient of friction, identified in the carbon black was70phr, molybdenum disulfide to10phr bearings of minimum friction coefficient, wear quantity is the lowest;In water lubricated friction test at the same time, studied the change of the load, speed, analysing and lubrication medium change to rubber bearing wear amount and the influence law of coefficient of friction, and using the tribological and mechanical point of view to the mechanism of lubrication and friction mechanism was analyzed and studied. Explores and summarizes the rubber bearings under low load conditions of friction and lubrication regularity, work lay a good foundation for the following test.
