People living in the modern material civilization are eager to relieve tension and depression brought about by the high-paced life and then the city Mountain Park concept came into being.City Mountain Park has the following effects:1, to ease the growing tension of urban land use issues;2, to protect the natural landscape of the city skyline;3, to meet the needs of urban security pattern;4,to protect the landscape ecological urban features and characteristics;5,to increase public outdoor fitness space and style. But at present, Mountain Park design theory that is associated with the combination of urban space and historical context, in line with modern need, is very limit. There are still many problems in the actual construction of the city mountain park landscape, therefore to provide operational theoretical guidance for urban Mountain Park landscape construction is of great importance and urgency..Through comparative analysis of relevant literature data in and abroad, research of the City Mountain Park construction status of the Jinan city, this paper summarizes the characteristics of current City Mountain Park landscape construction. At the same time, combining behavioral psychology, environmental psychology and science and other disciplines of urban planning theories and research findings, this paper brings out the city Mountain Park landscape planning and design concepts, principles, content and points should be paid attention to during design.
