With environmental protection energy problem increasingly prominent, frequency conversion air conditioner development very rapidly in recent years. But the development of frequency conversion air conditioning there are many technical problems need to be solved. How to design high performance motor drive system, how to reduce the pulsation of the motor running, etc. The main content of this paper is to study air conditioning compressor permanent magnet synchronous motor control system.Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the small inertia,time constant torque unit and other characteristics, very suitable for as the execution of the motor frequency conversion air conditioner control system. Papers with permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object, using the vector control method, developed STM320F28335as the core of the vector control system. Specific work includes the following sections:1.The mathematical model of PMSM in two-phase synchronous rotating system is presented based on coordinate transfer principle. This paper expounds the PMSM vector control technology. id=0vector control method, and the space vector pulse width modulation technology(SVPWM).Then the paper analysis the working principle of PMSM dual closed loop vector control system in depth.2.This paper builds the speed and current double loop simulation model of PMSM control system by using Matlab/Simulink toolbox. And we got the electric current, rotational speed, and the electromagnetic torque waveform by the Matlab simulation. All simulation waveform has reached the desired effect. These results can provides us an effective way to analysis and design PMSM dual closed loop vector control system3.The design in this paper uses TMS320F28335as the core control chip and intelligent power module IPM as inverter to realize design of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system. In integrated development environment of CCS3.3. using the modular programming ideas of programming to program each function module of software control system, which makes the vector control system has the characteristics of object-oriented software. Finally the program is debugged on the hardware platform, and debugging results shows that the hardware and software design of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system has reached the desired effect.
