With the rapid development of social economy and the accelerating process of city, traffic congestion has become a realistic problem that can’t be avoided in the city life, it has become an obstacle to the development of the city, the city must face the challenges of sustainable development. In order to alleviate and gradually solve the city traffic problem, put forward reasonable city planning and construction, to guide and optimize the structure of city traffic to promote green transportation especially the public transport priority development requirements in different files.At present, the city public traffic due to city planning and construction, causes the transit line network, such as unreasonable line repeat. Most of the city without the city public transportation planning into the city in the recently or long-term planning, But at the same time, the city bus to a certain extent, due to its cause of its operation efficiency greatly, some city bus and rely on " more and more lines sotp " model of development, this kind of " simple "," empirical " development ideas, resulting in some sections of lines repeated high, many stations line up more than201ines, which increases the transit network operation line internal interference on the site of the " mutual ". The site is the smallest unit of line network," a certain percentage of the internal interference " cells formed a surface on the network, including efficiency, effectiveness, cost, restrict the bus transportation efficiency.In this paper, taking Ji’nan City Quancheng Park North Gate stop as an example, and combined with the scheduling system using GPS data and the passengers IC card data, according to the time of some assumptions, for vehicles entering and leaving the station on time, passengers boarding and alighting time, to estimate and excess docked time direct economic costs more time spent in the site vehicle. And to the site as an example, from the view of microcosmic traffic point of view, in accordance with the principle of presumption, puts forward a simple method for stop grouping optimization, the efficiency improved and cost reduced quantitative numerical optimization, the method can be applied to the bus station in a certain extent.
