In recent years, the development of smart grid has gained attaching greatimportance and affirmation of domestic and foreign electric power scientists, theelectrical power system intellectualized is its trend, distribution network reconfigurationis a very important part of the smart grid.The effect of its reconfiguration is interactington the development of intelligent electrical network.This article elaborates concept and significance of the distribution networkreconfiguration, it analyzes the current development of the domestic and foreign,simultaneously analyzes the application that the distribution network reconfigurationwith the mathematical optimization methods, the heuristic methods and the artificialintelligence methods.The power distribution analysis and current computation are methods and tools ofthe distribution network reconfiguration. This article unifies the distribution networktopology to assume the radiative structural, the application carries on graph theory toindicate the distribution network structure.Thus, it uses traversal technology to analyzethe power distribution structure and lays the foundation for distribution networkreconfiguration.This article uses binary algorithm to optimize system,it is very good to optimizesystem. The particle swarm optimization is used with the good effect often.it optimizesability’s auto-adapted algorithm unifies the binary particle swarm optimization andforms an auto-adapted binary grain of subgroup to optimize the algorithm,with thechange of weighting, the contradiction between effective processing globally optimalsolutions and partial optimal solutions is resolved.This article proposed that thought of introduction distribution estimate,it usessimple probability function to replace binary system grain of subgroup algorithm, itreduces system’s optimized time.With the binary particle swarm optimization, throughthe different network topology, it can change the distribution network topology andcomplete optimized restructuring, thus,it achieves to reduce the network loss andenhancement power supply of reliability as well as the distribution network distributionnetwork optimizes the movement the goal.This article applies the MATLAB7.0to realize the binary particle swarm optimization of computation and improvement of distribution network tidal current theapplication in distribution network reconfiguration. With the confirmation of example,it has confirmed the algorithm feasibility, thus, it hits the target that the distributionnetwork restructured,it can reduce the active loss of distribution network and enhancesthe voltage the reliability.
