The space truss structure has been widely applied in construction engineering. The grid node is the key parts of structure force transmission, it can be said that the most importance is to ensure the safety of the node. Research from actual engineering profiled cast steel nodes in two aspects of the construction requirements and force are complex, and stress analysis of node is very useful.In the current conditions, I use ANSYS to analysis the mechanical properties of the cast steel nodes on the network structure. To see weather its ability can meet the design requirements, firstly, I will analysis the stress and deformation of the node under special design force. Secondly, I will get the dangerous points’load displacement curve and the stress and deformation of the cloud. At the same time, I will put forward some optimization suggestions on the special-shaped cast steel node.In my analysis, the stress and deformation of the nodes in the design loads are too small to be destroyed, and there are certain safety reserves to meet the normal requirements. It is better to consider bidirectional wind load, because the horizontal force direction change when abnormity peak stress and the displacement of the cast steel node may change; Chord connecting end and cast steel convex border corner is an obvious stress concentration phenomenon, may occur the first yield and reduce the bearing capacity of the cast steel node; Under axial pressure and wind load the terminal face of this cast steel node may be destroyed due to excessive drum.
