Steel pipe structure because of its lightweight appearance, saved steel consumption and other advantages, in our country has developed rapidly, the application scope is more and more extensive. The cast steel node in modern large span steel pipe structure shown in beautiful shape, strong plasticity, stress safety advantages, is gradually being applied to the practical engineering design.This topic originates from the Shenyang culture and Art Center project, the engineering thin steel has64triangular faces, each face different included angles, each surface is subdivided into16smaller triangles, the total steel quantity is11000tons, which belongs to the large span non conventional disordered thin shell steel structure system. The structure system of cast steel node weight of up to105tons, still belong to in domestic first utilized, is the current domestic cast steel nodes in architectural engineering application process single piece weight of most heavy, has quite complex, a total of up to8branches, and each branch of the angle between is quite small, the largest diameter is1430mm, maximum size is11.72x5.06x3.14m, Belong to super large steel nodes.The lower concrete structure with a total construction area of about85000square meters, has a1800seat Central Theater, a1200seat Concert Hall and a500seat multi-purpose hall. From a structural form is highly irregular and complex structures.This article take the Shenyang Art Center of cast steel node actual situation as the background, through test and study, finite element simulation, for this project full process analysis of cast steel nodes.First, Conduct the spatial stress status of experimental research, and carried on the theoretical analysis, draw the cast steel node stress distribution.Secondly, apply the large-scale general-purpose finite element program MIDAS and ANSYS on cast steel node for nonlinear finite element analysis, further validation of cast steel node stress distribution.Finally, analysis of the production and installation process in cast steel nodes on the Shenyang Cultural Arts Center project, provide an effective basis for future large-scale engineering construction of cast steel nodes.
