Resource Service Management Model Research And Its Application In Electric Vehicle Field

Along with the deepening of enterprise management informationizationdegree, the enterprise’s informationization requirement is higher and higher, resource is an important enterprise asset, the enterprise resource management requirements is also very high, it also put forward high request in the scope, quality and system construction standardization of management. Electric vehicle as an emerging industry, is now in the large-scale infrastructure construction stage, the effective management of the resources is the key of whether electric car operators can gain a firm foothold in the initial stage. In this background, design a robust and reasonable resource service management system becomes very meaningful.Based on the reference of the development experience, advantages and disadvantages of the traditional equipment management system and telecommunication integrated network management system, This paper puts forward a general, reasonable and standard resource service management model. This model has a strong bottom model structure, effective basic data operation function, perfect resource operation and maintenance function, rigorous safety control function, intelligent statistical analysis and decision support function, personalized custom view and servitization interface module. This model take the hierarchical design, each level is interconnected and has clearly function division. This paper also analysis the model’s application to the electric vehicle field, analyzed the application solutions from the evolution scheme and function level respectively, and gives a Charging station resource management system’s design and implementation.
