But with the development of theelectric car industry, building the matching of (in) power station must be able to reliable,stable, efficient service for it.This paper for the two kinds of electric car ac charging pile and charging stationhas carried on the detailed introduction, this paper expounds the classification and maincomposition unit of the electric vehicle charging stations, ac charging pile are analyzedand the construction of the charging station is a typical scheme and describes the systemcomposition and function of all the parts electric car charger. Over charge and dischargemanagement of electric vehicle charging station system, this paper introduces the electricvehicle charging station way of charging and discharging, charge and dischargetechnology and development status of charging and discharging management systemsoftware and hardware scheme is studied. For several different kinds of charging modelof the power quality problems caused by the electric vehicle charging station and itsharm are analyzed in focus, and a variety of electric vehicle charging station harmonictreatment measures are put forward, then using the Matlab/Simulink to build the modelof battery charging and charging station model, the APF in electric vehicle chargingstation harmonic treatment effect are analyzed in the simulation experiment. Finallyaccording to the state grid corporation of electric vehicle charging and discharging stationconstruction guidance and Xingtai power supply company of the electric car intelligentcharger for electric service network development plan, design a set of electric vehiclecharging station construction scheme, hardware configuration and software design of thecharging and discharging management system configuration scheme, the analysis of loadcharacteristics of the charging station, and then to the load characteristics of variousdevices that is configured in the charging stations for more choice, finally design themain wiring of charging station and monitoring system, so as to complete the whole design scheme of the charging station.
