With the development of industrialization,environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.How to protect the environment has become one of the hot spots.According to the national bureau of statistics,by the end of 2012,the emission of vehicle emissions from China's car ownership reached l20.89 million,which has become an important source of urban air pollution and noise pollution.According to the statistics,8O%of carbon monoxide in the atmosphere comes from automobile exhaust emission of fine particulate matter below 2.5 micrometers(PM2.5).In addition,with the rapid increase of the number of vehicles,traffic noise becomes the main source of noise in cities.In order to create a good urban environment,automobile exhaust emission and noise pollution must be reduced.The new energy vehicles themselves do not emit harmful gases that pollute the atmosphere.In the process of manufacturing clean energy,the emission of other pollutants,except sulfide and particulates,is significantly reduced,and the resulting sapphires and particulates can be minimized by centralized treatment.Large-scale electric vehicle in the construction and operation of hydropower station is an important guarantee of developing electric automobile consumption market,therefore,it is necessary for electric vehicle technology research in the plant planning and operation.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of charging station system of electric vehicle,and analyzes the structure and operation management mode of charging station.Aiming at the operational characteristics of electric vehicle charging piles,a new management strategy is proposed.This paper provides an analysis of operational requirements of electric vehicle charging piles and establishes an operational management framework of electric vehicle charging piles.Additionally,a comprehensive management system is put forward,which is based on the leading operation mode of grid enterprises and takes state grid's Internet of Vehicles as the core.This system is composed of six subsystems,which are the real-time monitoring and management system,the accident urgent-repairing management system,the daily routing inspection system,the scrap disposal system and the customer service system.Simultaneously,this system will be effectively invested in Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport as well as other 27 new-built charging stations.Then,based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method,a comprehensive evaluation system for charging station of electric vehicle was established.The new project is evaluated through the evaluation system,and the improvement of the project through evaluation results has laid a solid foundation for the operation and management of the project.
