With the rapid economic development, in order to meet the rapid growth for demand of passenger transport, The high-speed railway has a good development. The high-speed railway brings people with high-speed, fast, convenient travel conditions, but also has a negative influence on both sides of the railway environment with vibration pollution. Based on the background,The article is main focus on characteristics analysis for environmental vibration caused by Cheng-Guan high-speed railway of the framework of the roadbed, culverts and building.Having measured the environment vibration of the Roadbed of DK37+625m by Cheng-Guan line、Framework culvert of DK37+625m and the immigrants’ community of Daqiao, This article analyses the propagation characteristics of the environment vibration, fits the vibration attenuation formula of roadbed. Except for that,it compares the differences of environmental vibration standards between Europe and our country. Then it predicts the impact of environment vibration for different measuring district by the prediction formula. Finally,this paper has got some conclusions as follows:(1) The vibration intensity is attenuated by increasing propagation distance. SPSS is used to fit the attenuation formula for vibration of subgrade,and it is proved that the correlation has the best correlation of three model.(2) Far away the centre of bottom of the Framework culvert from0to50m, the biggest Z vibration level of ground vibration-VLzmax is58~77dB, attenuation speed decreases by the increase of distance. Have analyzed the frequency spectrum of the frame culvert, It finds that the vibrational energy for the bottom of the frame culvert mainly concentrated in the range of40~60Hz,160~200Hz.(3) By measuring the of environment vibration for immigrants’ community of Daqiao,It shows that the vibration of community belongs to be a low frequency level. The vibration level of the different floors presents a change of fold line by the increase of floor. The biggest Z vibration level of each floor which train travels inside is on average higher0.7dB than outside. With the increase of floor, the vibration of1st floor is primarily provided by the two low frequency energy of0.63~1Hz and25~40Hz. However, the vibration of4th floor is mainly provided by60~70Hz and the frequency of60~240Hz contributes most of the energy to2th、3th、5th floors’vibration, and the amplitude of attenuation is small.(4) It confirms that the vibration prediction formula of Tieji [2010]44can be good for predicting the impact of environmental vibration for Cheng-Guan high-speed, Especially match degree of the measured values and the predicted values for frame culvert can reach95percent.
