With the development of economic and social, More and more high-rise buildings appear in the city. With the increasingly demanding for structure’s material and the seismic performance, we need more better material and more reasonable seismic design method. Since the60s of last century, China began to use concrete filled steel tube, Concrete filled steel tube is a combination of material made of steel and concrete combination of the two kinds of substances, Because of its high bearing capacity and small section, it has a very significant economic benefits when it is used in high-rise building.Based on the past research. This paper gives a further study on the seismic performance of steel framework structure concrete core tube combined with the "unified theory of concrete filled steel tube", the specific work includes the following parts:1、This paper systematically expounds the elastic-plastic analysis method’s advantages, disanvantages, application and principle. And we study the lateral load pattern which has a great influence on analysis results in detail.2、Set up a steel frame-concrete core structure model and analyse the structure model’s modal and response spectrum. The structure’s interlayer displacement and inter-story displacement angle all meet the specification’s requirement.3、Use Midas/Gen software to structure pushover analysis, selected three different lateral load pattern. Through the analysis of the structure we know that the plastic hinge’s development situation of the structure and the weak layers are not the same in different loading mode. It indicates that we’ll obtain different seismic performance of the structure when the lateral load pattern is different. Study the internal force, deformation, yield and failure mechanism of structure under frequent and rare earthquake and find the tapping of frame-tube structure has two seismic fortification lines This structure has great superiority in deformation and energy dissipation. Through the research it also prove that the seismic performance of the structure meets the requirement of "no damage in small earthquake, the earthquake has not fallen".
