With the rapid development of Urban Rail Transit, complex line networks are being formed in more and more cities, and the operation mode is changed from single operator to multi operator. But,to avoid congestion happening at transfer station, barrier free transfer is adopted in most cities,in this mode, passengers who have the same departure station and the same arrival station may choose different paths, different paths may belong to different operators, what Ticket Income Distribution Model going to do is to assign the ticket income to different operators in a fair way.To build a sustainable development environment of Urban Rail Transit, the research of Ticket Income Distribution Model is important and necessary. This paper had carried on an in-depth research on relevant literature of Ticket Income Distribution about Urban Rail Transit.Firstly, the basic theory of Ticket Income Distribution was introduced Detailed, and it analyzed the development of Income Distribution Model, then the distribution model in major cities in China were introduced and compared, and the insufficient of these models was pointed out. After analyzing the characteristics of the passengers' travel time recorded by the AFC system,it found that these travel time of the same OD were submitted on the Mixture Gaussian Distribution. Then the distribution method based on Mixture Gaussian Model was given, the main idea of this method is clustering the passengers' travel time, then every effective way's passenger ratio can be calculated by the result of clustering. At the last of this paper,it selected two representative examples of Nanjing rail transit, based on the data and the method elaborated at the preceding part of the text, every effective paths' passenger ratio were calculated, the results were near to the data from the survey and verified the reliability of this model.
