| With the rapid development of economy in China, the railway freight volume increases. Development of heavy-load transportation can give full play to the advantages of railway freight transportation, improve the line transport capacity and traffic volume, realize the express shipment. The mainstream of heavy-load transportation is to increase the axle load, increase per linear meter train load effectively, make full use of the existing station line length.However, the increase of wagon axle load is bound to bring the interaction between the wheel and rail adversely effects. Wheel/rail interaction, especially the vertical wheel/rail force will increase. Deterioration the vehicle’s smooth operation and security, destruction of the track structure, exacerbating the line deformation. Due to heavy-load the train length and the axle load, operation process need more traction and braking force, long transmission distance, result in train loading complex, easy to cause the train impulse, derailment, vehicle equipment damage and other problems. Therefore, the research and analysis of vehicle and track parameters on the influence of wheel/rail interaction force has a very important practical significance to the development of China’s heavy-load transportation.This paper reviews the current development of domestic and international heavy-load transportation. Briefly expounds on the development of wheel/rail interaction. Based on the theory of vehicle system dynamics, stress analysis of heavy axle-load wagon parts, set up a corresponding equation of motion. According to structure characteristics and suspension of C80heavy haul wagon, simplify the nonlinear factors, dynamics simulation model is established.On the basis of above analysis and dynamic simulation modeling, this paper analyzes the related parameters of heavy haul wagon vehicle and track on the influence of wheel/rail interaction force. Mainly from the run speed, bearing saddle unsprung mass, elastic rubber pad vertical stiffness, the vertical stiffness of bolster spring on each side, wheel tread shape wheel, eccentric wheel quality and polygonization vehicle parameters to explore related parameters on the influence of wheel/rail vertical dynamic action. Track parameters such as wheel/rail friction coefficient, track pads stiffness under the rail, track harmonic excitation and rail base slope to discuss related parameters on the influence of wheel/rail vertical dynamic action. In addition, comparative analysis the kinetics of indicators with the consideration of the wheel rigid model to the wheel elastic model.The paper calculated results show that the heavy-haul wagon running speed, unsprung mass, the vertical stiffness of bolster spring on each side, elastic rubber bearing saddle pad vertical stiffness, track pads stiffness under the rail and track harmonic excitation have a greater impact to wheel/rail action force. Wheel tread profile and rail base slope influence the wheel/rail contact stress. Therefore, a reasonable set of vehicle parameters and track parameters help to reduce the vertical dynamic between the wheel and rail. |
