Study On The Technology For Laying The Track Project Of The New Hainan East Ring

In recent years, the railway passenger special line has greatly developed in our country because of its safety convenience and quickspood.Based on the " Summaries of National Middle/Long Term Transport Plans of China", our country will plan and construct rapid passenger traffic passage between the provincial captical and big-medium cities,including the construction of more than12thousand km passenger special line,the planning of four "vertical" and four "horizontal" rapid passenger traffic passage and three months intercity rapid passenger system.The design driving speed of the new Hainan East Ring railway is200km/h belonging to the category of high-speed railway. The construction of the Hainan East Ring railway will promote the economic development of Hainan and mainland,will improve the traffic of Hainan and will react the construction of the ecological healthy and harmonious Hainan.The construction of the Hainan East Ring railway affected by the climate cubic traffic and the development of local economic, the period of the effective construction is nervous,the standard of the construction quality is high,the construction technology is new,the construction difficuliy is big,the construction period is short.What’s more,the construction of the ballastless track is the key link in the whole railway construction.Based on the construction characteristics of the Hainan East Ring railway the paper introduces the measures to realize the project s excellent quality high efficiency and good security which emphasizes on the construction method and the construction organization. The paper bears fruit and new knowledge in several aspects as following:Firstly,the production process of the ballasted track project are described,the construction method and technology of the separated parts of the project are researched,the detailed construction scheme for the Hainan East Ring ballastless track is proposed.Secondly the welding processes for the long rail and the quality test measures for the rail are described,the construction technology for is rearched,series of quality assurance measures from the welding processes to the laying of the long rail are proposed.Thirdly,the laying equipment for the High-speed railway ballasted track is researched,a lot of mearsures to control the construction quality of the Hainan East Ring railway are proposed from two aspects which are the construction machinery and the equipment operating procedures.Finally,based on the construction method of the separated parts of the project above-mentioned,the whole construction design for the fourth tenders of the the Hainan East Ring railway is studied excellently,the measures to control the construction progress and the construction quality for the rail construction are proposed,which will ensure the safety economy and high efficiency of the Hainan East Ring railway.
