The construction climax of dedicated passenger line has begun in China at the present time. As an important part of dedicated passenger line construction technology, ballastless track technology will be used widely.The research and application of ballastless track in China is early. But it still has not formed a normalized system about track design, construction, and maintenance, because the continuity is bad, theoretical basis is weak, the integration level is low, and engineering practices are rare. To research and understand the design method and construction technology and equipment of ballastless track is an important and urgent task faced by Chinese railway engineering technology personnel.The followings are the researches finished by this paper:(1) The design theory of ballastless track is studied systematically. The basic flow and content of track design is studied. Slab for slab track is calculated by using composite beam model, beam-plate-plate finite element method model and spatial finite element method model. The curling deforming of slab for slab track is analyzed. Slab for double-block ballastless track is calculated by considering train load, temperature force, concrete contraction, foundation distortion and so on.(2) Based on the particularity of some factors, such as track structure, transport type, train speed and so on, for dedicated passenger railway line, the methods of superelevation selection and institution, minimum radius selection and maximum radius selection are studied. Based on lots of test datum, the intensity of U75V, U71Mn(K) and U71Mn rail for dedicated passenger railway line is determined. Taking the specimen collected by track geometry inspection car from Qinhuangdao-Shenyang dedicated passenger railway line as an example, the ballastless track irregularity and the ballasted track irregularity are contrast analyzed. The PSD curve fitting expression of dedicated passenger railway line track irregularity is obtained.(3) The integrated construction technology and equipment for double-block ballastless track are studied. The selection of measurement device and technology for unballated track is studied. The standardize construction process and design for goods flow organization for unballated track on different foundation such as subgrade, bridge, tunnel, turnout and so on, is studied. Based on design requirement of unballated track on different foundation and integrated construction equipment, the construction technology and quality control process is put forward, and the construction instructor for unballated track is established. The technology and quality control of cast in-place concrete transportation, pouring, vibrating tamping, curing is studied. The home equipment for unballated track manufacturing and measuring is finished, and the method of production technology and quality control for unballated track is put forward. The home equipment for unballated track construction is finished, and the method of construction technology and quality control for unballated track is put forward.(4) The measurement system to influence unballated track is planned and studied. The method to optimize and realize track precision step by step is put forward. The precision analysis of coarse adjustment machine and delicate adjustment measurement system is put forward. The suggestion for appreciation of delicate adjustment measurement system is put forward specifically.(5) Based on the requirement of Concrete-Asphalt mortar (CA mortar) cushion, this paper presents the key technologies of CA mortar and emulsified asphalt by comparing the performance and the properties of CA mortar made in China and Japan. Testing the characteristics of CA mortar composition repeatedly, researching on the feature of the material and making a design and property analysis of the mixed material can determine a rational composition of new material. Quality test methods are studied according to the requirement of the actual function. Positive ion emulsion is used to emulsify asphalt and enhance the capacity of material. Polymer materials, as addictives, are also used to modify asphalt which improves the structure of asphalt-mechanics characteristic. Thereby different material compositions and addictives are designed to apply to zones with varying temperature. It is put forward that CA mortar production and construction facilities ought to be professionalized in order to stabilize the quality of CA mortar on large-scale manufacture and construction. Thus we suggest that quality test standard system of CA mortar be set up on the basis of the actual function of materials.The research findings of this paper have very important engineering value to improve the design theory, the construction technology, the construction equipment and the construction equality of ballastless track for dedicated passenger railway line.
