Partially cable-stayed bridge on the mechanical behavior is a novel combination bridge between the general cable-stayed bridge and continuous girder bridge. It application has been more and more widely applied, and got the favor of engineers because of it’s advantages of easy fusion into environment, reasonable structure, construction convenience etc.In this paper, taking the main bridge of the Guangwu bridge in Nanyang city as an engineering example, combined with partially cable-stayed bridge’s stress characteristics, put forward the control principle and method of construction monitoring, as well as the main contents of construction control and the matters needing attention, including the following aspects:Firstly, this paper introduces in detail of the concept and development of partially cable-stayed bridge construction control, as well as the construction control principle and theory, construction monitoring content and method, the influence factors and the error analysis theory and method in the construction control of bridges.Secondly, through the bridges finite element software Midas/Civil establish the finite element analysis model of Guangwu bridge, review the internal force and linear of the structure of the main beam under the finished bridge state,and According to the characteristics of bridge construction, do simulation analysis of the construction process. In the construction process simulation analysis, this paper expounds tensioning force and the girders tensioning uplift and the size of the quantity in the process of tensioning, put forward the " two-times tension means ", which is more conducive to the construction, to ensure the construction safety of the bridges.Finally, this paper conducts structural sensitivity of parameter analysis based on the construction characteristics of Gangwu bridge, and finds out the main parameters of this bridge, and then conducts the identification and correction.In the last, this paper lists the measurement data and analysis results. From the results of construction monitoring, using the control principle and control method above, the cable force and the linear of main beam were controlled ideally, achieved the expected goal of construction monitoring.
