The Research For The Isolated Power Grid Operation Stability Of Steel Company Self-provided Power Plant

In recent years, a considerable amount of self-provided generating sets are established using the attached products in the production process as fuel and connected with power grid in more and more large and medium-sized enterprises. In order to ensuring safety in production and seeking the economic value, enterprises pay more and more attention to the stability of isolated power grid running for self-provided power plant.Combining the actual network structure of the self-provided power plant for one steel company, this paper comprehensively analyses the load and voltage frequency characteristics before and after the isolated power grid running condition, points out that the main problem of isolated power grid stable operation is the power imbalance, calculates the scope of unbalanced power.The mathematical model for the analysis of isolated net running is established in this paper, the isolated power grid operation is simulated by matlab software, the control strategy of isolated power grid operation is put forward. Paper points out that the low frequency load shedding is an effective measure to guarantee the stability of isolated power grid operation. The simulation results prove that the strategy is effective. The transient stability of the system that already isolated power grid running is also analyzed.This research results of this paper provides a reference scheme for the isolated power grid running stability of self-provided power plant of one steel company, also has reference value for other company which have self-provided power plant.The research work is supported by the science and technology project of Anhui province (1206c0805020)" key techniques research of enterprise self-provided power plant isolated grid operation ".
