Research On Load Control Strategy And Stability Of Isolated Grid Operation In Chifeng Power Grid

With the increasing scale of power grid interconnection and the rising of voltage levels, some regional power grid which keep weak contact with the main power grid may be disconnected form main grid and split into isolated operation when meeting serious and complex fault. This may come into being serious threat to safe and reliable power supply. In critical situations the system timely divided into isolated operation by optimal way will avoid the proliferation of local accidents converting to widespread power outages and even system crashes, and make the the minimum load cutting.Chifeng power grid is the East Mongolia power grid in a typical weak contact transmission, power supply system, with the large-scale wind power and fire power plant have been put into operation, China’s increasing power network in the scale, which makes its load characteristics is very complex, with a very serious delivery contradiction, very easy the isolated network operation problem, therefore, according to the Chifeng power grid, the isolated network operation situation, as a basis for control of load the corresponding strategy, and the stability of power system in different operation modes are analyzed, the stable operation of power grids put forward valuable suggestions and measures, which is proved to be effective.This thesis firstly studies the isolated network operation at home and abroad for a power system problem is studied, the research results and experience are analyzed and summarized, were studied in isolated network operation problems existing in Chifeng power grid, respectively from the generator side and grid side is studied, in the isolated network operation on the grid is proposed after the best operation mode, puts forward the measures and suggestions. Research on the isolated network operation in Chifeng power grid, which is based on PSS/E to build the simulation system, the process of islanded operation, the main power supply and load the concrete problem, and the simulation of the frequency and the voltage change it has, and the power angle, comparative analysis on it, puts forward the load control and stability control scheme.
