The emergency treatment of the train when the earthquake is one of theprotection of life and property safety of passengers. Earthquake in the form of naturaldisasters, although not often occur, but in the event of a devastating earthquake,willgave rise to the loss of life and property is undoubtedly enormous. The earthquakehave Sudden and unpredictable and huge destructivety,earthquake disasters isdifficult to accurately predict the specific time on the existing scientific andtechnological level. For railway projects, when the train running speeds of up to200km/h, even small earthquake would cause a major accident, resulting in the lossof state property and serious harm to the safety of passengers. With the sixth fullspeed after2007,the running speed of the train has been greatly improved, has reacheda top speed of350km/h. The improvement of trains speed bring the convenience tothe passengers, but also increases the risk. Any minor earthquake may cause theoperation of the train accident, encountered a big earthquake could make the traintracks distortion, resulting in a running train derailment even overturned possible,resulting in a more serious secondary disasters, with the speed the improvement,thesafe operation of the train must ensured. Japan, the U.S.A, Mexico and other countrieshave earthquake early warning system as well as major infrastructure emergencydisposal system, when an earthquake occurs, a running train emergency disposal, inorder to reduce the losses in the earthquake.use of scientific, effective and reliable way in earthquake to train emergencytreatment is one of the important scientific and technological means to protect thesafety of the passengers.seismic waves and electromagnetic transmission speeddifference of time between them may be only a few seconds or tens of secondsrunningtrain, but in a very short time, make the appropriate emergency treatment will be able to alleviate a lot of loss of property and lives of the passengers. This paper, thetechnology used by the emergency disposal of the train and the train automaticallydisposed combination of earthquake early warning. The first is to obtain the seismicsignal and then transmitted to the data processing center, and then issued a movingtrain in the area may be affected by the seismic data processing center signal to dealwith an emergency, last, train earthquake emergency treatment signal received by thetrain to make a series of automatic disposal. In this paper, the main contents includethe following aspects:1、The seismic signal acquisition, processing and transmission mode;2、China’s existing rail traffic and emergency disposal parking position analysis;3、Along the transmitting station receives the emergency the disposal signal tothe processing and transmission;4、Train received emergent signal after switching on automatic control, and thetrain braking;5、Parking positioning of the design on the railway train;6、Parking inside the automatic disposal;train emergency treatment in this paper, access information through the theprovincial seismic data processing center, initial earthquake information acquisitionand data processing in the text only a brief introduction, there is no initial signal forthe detailed design of each module childseismic observation on the installation and onthe early stages of data processing based on the country will build national seismicintensity quick report and early warning project as a reference. The design part isdivided into signal transmission processing section and train emergency disposalblocks, signal transmission including the choice of the program as well as signalprocessing and emergency treatment area as judgment; the train emergency treatmentincluding power automatically switches, parking location and braking, as well asParking for the convenience of passengers to escape inside the automatic disposal.Emergency disposal of the train in earthquake is so significance of the state andsociety. First, to reduce the probability of occurrence of secondary disasters inearthquake, to reduce the loss of life and property, and avoid a lot of unnecessarylosses in the earthquake. Second, it also reflects the national science and technologyprogress, the kind of care for people’s safety, has great significance in maintainingsocial stability.
