Centralized traffic control(CTC)is an important system of high-speed railway dispatching command in China.As the brain and nerve of high-speed railway transportation,it undertakes the important task of commanding high-speed railway trains to run safely,on time and efficiently.As the scale of China’s high-speed railway expands and the structure becomes more and more complex,the complexity of traffic command increases further.Once there is an event that interferes with the scheduled operation of the train,especially the fault of the running equipment,it will often have a greater impact.In the process of emergency disposal,the train dispatchers rely more on their experience,and make the traffic organization strategy according to the emergency plan and the actual situation.The adjustment of train operation plan is mainly made by manual operation.There are many links that need to be communicated manually,and the cooperation ability is poor,the efficiency is low and the reliability is poor.The function of CTC system as traffic dispatching command needs to be further improved.This paper firstly introduces the development,basic structure and characteristics of CTC system in China,and briefly introduces the non-normal functions of CTC system currently in use.Then in the form of a case,it introduces the current railway department’s specifications and requirements for emergency treatment of equipment failure.Based on the research of equipment fault scenarios,30 common equipment fault scenarios are sorted out.Combined with the case of turnout equipment failure,this paper analyzes the function of CTC system in the emergency disposal of equipment failure,and finds out the direction of optimization and improvement.Finally,from the perspective of assisting traffic dispatchers to carry out equipment failure emergency disposal,the design requirements of equipment failure emergency disposal subsystem are proposed,and the equipment failure emergency disposal subsystem of CTC system is designed according to the requirements.By collecting and analyzing the alarm information of all kinds of driving equipment,the subsystem realizes the equipment fault identification,and provides the corresponding equipment fault emergency disposal process.By mining the traffic data information in High-speed railway CTC system,the subsystem can provide the reference scheme of traffic organization under the corresponding equipment failure scenario,and estimate the impact time of equipment failure.At the same time,it can also realize the functions of registration and cancellation,fault information notification,fault record analysis and management,help the traffic dispatchers to grasp the fault information in time,carry out emergency treatment according to the standardized process,and improve the efficiency of emergency treatment.It provides a guarantee for high-speed railway to resume orderly operation as soon as possible and reduce the scope of trains affected by delays,and provides a reference for the development of intelligent high-speed railway CTC system.
