With the rapid development of power electronics, the ac frequency conversion speedregulation technology has been wide use, application of ac motor has developed to a newstage. At present, in the range of control accuracy and speed, performance indicators, manytechnical aspects ac motor is better than dc motor. Ac motor system is widely used in manyfields, such as: oil field oil extraction industry, machinery manufacturing industry, metallurgy,chemical industry and so on. According to the global statistics, motor used in the field ofindustrial, each year can consumption the electricity about30~40%of the total generatingcapacity.Using variable frequency speed regulation technology of motor systems can save atleast7%of the electricity system, Therefore, it is of great significance to study of ac motorenergy saving. Synchronous driving control technology is a hot and emerging research topic,the synchronous transmission control technology of motor systems has a high controlprecision, simple mechanical structure, wide range of transmission ratio, easy to adjust, andmany other advantages. Today, the synchronous transmission control technology has verybroad application prospects. Considering the respective advantages of the technology of theabove two, In this paper, the synchronous transmission control technology is introduced intothe ac motor variable frequency system, combine two kinds of technology, and run situationof motor system simulation.The Mathematical model of ac motor system is a nonlinear, high order, couplingmultivariable control system. In this paper, by using the coordinate transformation method wecan exchange the rotor of the motor into wound rotor type. Then, by using the conversionrelationship, we can change the Number of turns of the stator windings equal with the numberof Rotor winding circle. Then by using the coordinate transformation method to simple theMathematical model of ac motor system,finally we get the three-phase ac motor---Mathematical model of the inverter system.In this paper, The differential compensationcontrol algorithm of the PID referencemodel, by the compensation control,deals with thespeed difference and position difference occurring in the operating process of the motorsystem. After regulating the deviation signals, PID controller send it to the frequencyconverter input sides of each motor. At last, achieve complete synchronization between twomotor’s speed and position. Synchronous transmission fuzzy PID control algorithmcombining PID control algorithm and the fuzzy control theory, established a complex fuzzyPID control system in the simulink visualization simulation system. Through the simulationanalysis, Prove that the fuzzy PID control of ac motors synchro drive system, has a fastresponse, no overshoot, high controlling precision, strong robustness and steady-stateperformance advantages. Fuzzy PID control algorithm design of motor system is able to solvesome of the industrial objects in nonlinear and non-stationary and so on.
