Permanent magnet synchronous motor with wide speed range, won’t appear in low speed and high speed vibration phenomenon, and overload capacity is strong, with quick response. Therefore, high precision, high performance motor speed control system by using permanent magnet synchronous motor. permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system integrated motor position, speed sensor, new power electronic devices, integrated circuit and control algorithm, has become the mainstream in the ac speed regulation system in the world and the development direction. Permanent magnet synchronous speed control system is composed of two parts of the main circuit and control circuit, the current of main circuit topology structure has little changes, the development of the system key part in the control circuit. By simulink of MATLAB software, the permanent magnet synchronous motor variable frequency speed control system, simulation can theoretically that the theoretical parameters of control circuit part, which benefit theoretical research and industrial practice.This thesis, based on previous works of others, mainly investigates the following four problems.1) Frequency convension speed control system simulation module design based on the permanent magnet synchronous motor, PID control module is select to complete simulation.2) The performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is verified by means of setting speed regulator and current regulator, and simulation illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed design scheme.3) Permanent magnet synchronous motor current, voltage and speed for real-time parameter identification are studied by using identification theory, which solves coupling problem between parameter calculation and magnetic chain. and then using Kalman filtering method to estimate motor equation of state, which has realized real-time estimation system.4)The application scheme for AC servo and permanent magnet synchronous motor are designed owing to real needs of oil wells, which makes the theory has strong background in practical applications.
