Seismic isolation techniques are generally in the first floor of the bottom of column andconnections, the upper structure in the corresponding increased in of floors isolation layerand set seismic isolation device. Unlike traditional aseismic isolated structure, it is a kindof passive control technology, the use of the isolation layer in the seismic isolation deviceconsumes the energy of the seismic upward portion of the structure to pass, in order toreduce the seismic response of the upper structure. With the Seismic Isolation Techniquetheory maturing and it is continuously application in the actual project, the developmentand application of Seismic Isolation Technique brings a broad prospect. In practicalengineering applications, along with the location of the isolation layer in the floor isdivided into two kinds of base isolation and interlayer seismic. At present, with the baseisolation technology the deepening and development of the theory,base isolationtechnology has been more mature and a wide range of applications in the actual project. Inthe5.12Wenchuan after the earthquake, the seismic isolation technology has more beenpaid attention. Isolated Technique of development has also led to the development of theisolation bearings on the market today, there are a lot of different isolation bearings,seismic isolation pads and dampers and a variety of forms. In practical applications, theisolated effects of different isolation bearings and its economy, this also requires furtherstudy. This article looks this, through theoretical derivation and numerical simulationanalysis has been isolation effect of different isolation bearings, with different isolationbearing the seismic isolation structure economic comparative analysis, it is preferable tothis article the three isolation bearings which bearing isolation and good economicbenefits.This paper first introduces a brief introduction of the isolated structure classification,theoretical analysis of base isolation mechanism, the establishment of a mechanical modelabout the base isolation, its overall dynamic equilibrium equation is derived and solved.Then using the finite element analysis software SAP2000the seismic isolation framestructure builds different types of isolation bearings in rare earthquake dynamic analysis,under earthquake action, research different isolation bearings isolated structuresinterlaminar shear layer displacement, acceleration and so on, comparative frameworkisolated structure seismic performance and seismic isolation law. Through directconstruction cost and reduce the loss costs, economic analysis and comparison of differentseismic isolation isolated structure. From the isolated effects and economic comparativeanalysis comprehensive consideration different isolation bearing isolated structure safetyand economic benefits.The study results showed that: In the horizontal seismic action, different isolationbearing base isolated structure through the isolation layer give full play to the performanceof large deformation to consume most of the seismic energy, seismic response of thestructure above the isolation layer is significantly reduced, lead rubber isolation bearingson comparative analysis with better isolated effects.
