In recent years, greater importance has been attached to prefabricated structure in China, as more and more attention has been paid to promoting the energy conservation, land conservation, water conservation and material conservation, and improving the design and construction requirements of green architectures for protecting the environment. The application and development of prefabricated structure are not only supported by the material science and the idea of design, but also dependent on the construction and installation technology as well. In the construction and installation of prefabricated structure, the temporary bracing system is a very important factor on the success of the lifting and the safety and efficiency of construction lifting. So how to set up a temporary bracing to ensure safety, high efficiency and low cost constitutes a significant technology research project on the construction and installation of prefabricated structure.The subject of this study is based on the cooperation of Anhui University of Architecture and China MCC17Group Co.,Ltd of "Key Technology Research of Fabricated Housing Professional Construction",the sub-project is"Research on the Temporary Bracing System of Prefabricated Structure".First of all, the basis of China MCC17Group Co.,Ltd’s existing use of temporary bracing system of prefabricated structure and reference to the relevant patents, submit three new temporary support frame of specifically applicable to prefabricated beams and slabs, prefabricated columns, and has been successfully applied for national patents.Then,through finite element simulation,comparative analysis calculations on the traditional prefabricated column temporary bracing and the new prefabricated column temporary bracing,the results show that the new precast column support frame have a better stability and stronger lodging resistance;comparative analysis calculations on the prefabricated beams and slabs temporary bracing,the results show that the support frame can withstand vertical ultimate bearing capacity of250000N.Finally, the article through the static load experiments of combined slab,erection of temporary bracing under combined slab,research of bearing and deforming behavior of temporary bracing,and finite element simulation analysis,so as to provide a scientific basis for the temporary bracing applications in the field of fabricated structure.Figure [96] table [8] reference [50]...
