Foamed cement composite roof panel, As the energy conservation and environmental protection new materials, not only overcomes the drawback of large weight for concrete, and overcomes the problems existing in such aspects as durable, waterproof of the light pressed steel plate. Foamed cement composite roof panel has wide development prospects under the needs of the state advocate energy conservation and emissions reduction. With the requirements of modern architecture, Foamed cement composite board size is bigger and bigger, thus cause the long distance transportation of economic, convenient. It has been no purline system scheme, using3m×9m large light roof board, which brought great difficulties to transport,the foamed cement composite panels have purlins system appearing,this is an important research on the purlin of the bearing capacity of supporting Foamed cement composite roof panel.Firstly, the bearing capacity of purlins to supporte Foamed cement composite roof panel,the tests have been carried out under positive load and the wind suction, obtained load-deflection curve, high-frequency welding H-beam purlins ultimate failure modes and ultimate bearing capacity, from the theoretical calculation results verify the reliability of the test was the ultimate bearing capacity, The out-plane length of the purlin made the theoretical analysis. Draws the following conclusions:foamed cement composite board and purlin welding,under the positive load, can be used as purlin flange lateral support on compression, purlin the out-of-plane calculation length of desirable board wide b=3m,so do not set braces. In reverse loads, foamed cement composite panels can be indirectly as purlin compressive flange lateral support,usually don’t set a braces,l1=1.5b=4.5m.Finally, the problems in the production after the system were put forward.Secondly, through the finite element software ABAQUS finite element analysis model is established, so that it can reflect the mechanical properties of the purlin system, verify that the theoretical method and test results are reliable.Finally, the paper to the overall stability coefficient of flexural member, the steel structure design specifications on simplifying the overall stability of the coefficient is calculated have a comparative analysis, drawing conclusions of its low accuracy rate, and re-proposed amendments to simplify the formula on its basis.
