| In recent years,with the vigorous promotion of building industrialization and prefabricated steel structure in China,more and more buildings have been applied to practice through standardized,modularized and stereotyped design.Especially for the construction site temporary facilities which can be reused and disassembled easily,through the standardized design,industrialized production and modularized installation of temporary work shed,the formation of standardized and stereotyped design of the whole life cycle of temporary facilities,such as design,production,transportation,installation,maintenance and turnover,are formed,and the energy consumption and carbon emission of temporary facilities products are greatly reduced to achieve the goal of green construction and intelligent construction.By improving the standardization,stereotyping and industrialization of temporary facilities in construction site,considerable economic benefits can be produced every year.This paper developed a temporary work shed of prefabricated steel structure based on the current situation of the use of temporary work shed on the construction site and the design requirement of lightweight,high-strength and reusable.Firstly,the theoretical calculation of components selection and joints design are carried out to ensure the safety,reliability,economic and durability of the structure;Secondly,the anchoring performance of anchor bolt under uniaxial loading is analyzed by ABAQUS,and the effects of stiffener,end plate thickness and bolt diameter on the bearing capacity of the column base joint are investigated;Next,the mechanical performance of temporary work shed with prefabricated steel structure under wind load,snow load and the combined action of both are analyzed by ABAQUS;Finally,according to the use function of temporary work shed protection at the construction site,the wood subroutine of protective layer was developed considering the different characteristics of wood tension and compression failure forms,and the impact resistance of temporary work shed against high-altitude falling objects in construction site was simulated by ABAQUS/Explicit display analysis method,and then the mass,height,position,area of action and types of protective layer timber of falling objects were considered,and the effects of falling object on the temporary work shed and the damage forms of timber were analyzed in detail.According to theoretical calculation and finite element simulation analysis,it provides design and construction basis for the use of steel structure temporary work shed.The results show that all the components of steel structure temporary work shed are connected by bolt connection at the construction site except for the prefabricated parts of the factory,which realizes the standardization,modularization,stereotyping,convenient assembly and disassembly,and high reuse rate;The whole process of bearing capacity of column base joint can be divided into elastic stage,elastic-plastic stage and failure stage,and the thickness of end plate and anchor bolt diameter have relatively greater influence on its bearing capacity,but the influence of stiffener on its bearing capacity is not obvious,and the failure of joint is mainly reflected in the tension failure of the anchor bolt,end plate,the tension and compression failure of sidewall of steel tube;The stress of the temporary work shed mainly concentrates on the joint of each connection and the deformation mainly concentrates on the top of column,double-beam and above of the protective layer under wind load,snow load and load combination,and the strength and stiffness of the structure are within the limits of the code,which meets the requirements of design and use;The temporary work shed is relatively safe,its has certain resistance ability under the impact of high-altitude falling objects,and the deformation and stress of steel members are relatively small,which are mainly manifested as the longitudinal and radial shear failure of the protective layer wood. |
