The existing power system operating information display theory and technology have been unable to meet the requirements. The paper builds power system operating information adaptive display system solution. Power system operating information adaptive display system can assist in dispatch person to select operating information and information display technology. Appropriate information can be shown at the appropriate time in an appropriate way.The paper researches on power system information display technology, computer application technology, and adaptive technology. Propose power system operating information adaptive display research context map. The adaptive concept can be realized in power system through the research context map. There are six aspects:User Need Analyze, Human Factor Engineering, Hardware and Software Platform, Adaptive Model, Information Display Technology, Adaptive Display Plan Design. All aspects are necessary and rely on each other.
