| As an important pillar industry related to national economy and people’s livelihood,power enterprises bear the heavy responsibility of economy and society.Among them,the basic work of enterprise human resource management will directly affect the efficiency of power enterprise information operation management and its development results.The continuous application of information technology in various fields today has effectively improved the intelligence and efficiency of power enterprise management,and has become an important content of management,in which human resource management has played an important role.Improving the efficiency of human resources informatization management and strengthening the human resources management and control of SG Power Company have become the key tasks of SG Power Company’s human resource management information construction.This article first introduces the basic concepts and development history of human resource management informatization and project quality control.Then,the development status of human resource management informatization of SG Power Company is summarized.Next,we will analyze the system requirements from the three levels of employees,human resources department,and decision-making department based on some problems in the current SG power company’s human resources management information construction.At the same time,the system data and business processes are analyzed,and the current situation and development trend of the human resource management information system of SG Power Company are sorted out.On the basis of these studies,this paper designs the design plan of the human resource management information system of SG Power Company.Introduce the system business functions:organization,personnel information,salary,performance,etc.,and introduce the system implementation process in conjunction with the ASAP methodology.Finally,through the Delphi survey method,the HRMIS system is evaluated,proving that the HRMIS system effectively supports the business development of the SG Power Company.It has established an integrated information system covering organizational management,personnel management,salary management,performance management,and cadre management.And it has also realized the statistical analysis of the company’s reports and provided leadership with analysis of decision-making data.The research in this paper lays the foundation for the subsequent optimization and improvement of the human resource management information system of SG Power Company and provides reference for power enterprise human resource information construction. |
