Taxi industry relates to people’s livelihood and social harmony and stability. In developed countries, taxi as public transport supplement, is widely recognized by the public because of its advantage of flexibility. But the taxi industry in China has not been well developed, in recent years, the Chinese government has recognized the importance of developing taxi industry, relevant departments have also made efforts to actively explore, however, practitioners and taxi passengers are not satisfied. Taxi market, mainly have problems in the following two aspects:firstly, during peak times, road congestion and taxi have fewer passengers, however, during flat peak times, Kongshi relatively high rates and case the waste of road resources. Secondly, after the running of subway, despite appear the large number of short-range needs, but the advantage of the taxi MTR obviously inadequate and resulted in some cities in the subway station motorbike taxi market disruption phenomena. In recent years, Dalian municipal government on the positive efforts to seek the taxi market supply and demand balance and have achieved good results, But when Dalian City Subway run, must bound to cause some loss of taxi passenger and cause to supply and demand imbalance. This article based on the analysis of Dalian subway running, proposes the ideas that meet the actual needs of the residents of Dalian City taxi mileage and price at starting, aims to explore the potential source access subway, safeguars the interests of taxi practitioners and increase passenger satisfaction.This article firstly describes the Wuhan Metro station with a large number of motorbike taxi over customers phenomenon, pointes out the advantage of the taxi situation of insufficient access subway, which need to rely on low mileage started to play their own advantages of flexible and convenient experience. Secondly, use Mapinfo Geographic Information System to draw Dalian district maps and subway lines, distinguish the center of each site underground as1km,1.5km and2km radius to observe the effects of different radii on the extent of the coverage area of Dalian City. Thirdly, analysis the potential psychological variables introduced models compared with the traditional model on people’s travel behavior prediction accuracy. Finally, establish upper and lower travel mode choice metro access layer NL mode choice model, use travel time, travel expenses, personal income, comfort, punctuality as utility function variables, analysis with SPSS software to the taxi mileage and price at starting share before and after adjustment changes after running in Dalian MetroThis study has practical significance to the other cities that have subway to solve the problem of taxi.
