This article based on the analysis of Dalian subway running, proposes the ideas that meet the actual needs of the residents of Dalian City taxi mileage and price at starting, aims to explore the potential source access subway, safeguars the interests of taxi practitioners and increase passenger satisfaction.This article firstly describes the Wuhan Metro station with a large number of motorbike taxi over customers phenomenon, pointes out the advantage of the taxi situation of insufficient access subway, which need to rely on low mileage started to play their own advantages of flexible and convenient experience. Secondly, use Mapinfo Geographic Information System to draw Dalian district maps and subway lines, distinguish the center of each site underground as1km,1.5km and2km radius to observe the effects of different radii on the extent of the coverage area of Dalian City.
