The rapid development of the mobile Internet has caused other industries to integrate with the Internet to form a large number of emerging industries.Ride-hailing is a new way of travel formed by the "Internet + Economy",which is profoundly affecting people’s travel. The car-hailing feature is convenient, fast, and affordable, which makes it occupy a large number of markets, compressing the survival space of cruisers, and leading to market chaos.A series of measures have been introduced by the government to stabilize the taxi market. In the past, the influence of psychological latent variables was rarely considered in the study of taxi travel selection. This paper introduces the latent variables of traveler psychological factors based on the planned behavior theory, and analyzes the relationship between these latent variables and taxi travel intentions using structural equation models On this basis,a mixed binomial logit model with latent variables was established and analyzed. This article first introduces the impact of Internet + and the sharing economy on the transportation industry. After the online ride-hailing joined the taxi market, the taxis were redefined, classified, and characterized, and the development history of the online ridehailing and the traditional cruise car were reviewed. The status quo, discuss their impact on urban transportation, and analyze the functional positioning of taxis in urban transportation and the impact of the Internet economy on taxi travel choices. Then discuss the psychological perception of passengers’ taxi travel, and introduce the latent variable of psychological perception of travelers based on the planned behavior theory to prepare for the establishment of the model;next, the structural equation model is used to analyze the latent variable of the planned behavior theory, and the taxi travel Intentional structural equation model, and in order to display latent variables and improve the explanatory ability of the model,a mixed binomial Logit model was established.Next, based on the constructed taxi travel intention model and the mixed binomial Logit model,a questionnaire for the taxi travel selection model was designed, and validity and reliability tests were conducted. Finally,an empirical analysis is carried out.For the taxi travel intention model, the model is initially tested, and then the model after removing the insignificant path is tested again until the path and parameters of the model meet the standard. For the mixed binomial Logit model, the traditional model that does not consider latent variables is used for parameter estimation, then the mixed model that considers latent variables is used for parameter estimation, and finally the accuracy and parameter estimation of the two models are analyzed and explained.Through research, this paper analyzes the use of the Internet in the process of taxi travel and passengers’ psychological perception of taxi travel, introduces the latent variables of passenger psychological factors based on planned behavior theory to study taxi travel, and models based on this Carrying out verification analysis can provide theoretical support for urban taxi travel choices and suggestions on the direction of taxi development. However, due to the complexity of taxi trip selection behavior and the diversity of influencing factors, the factors considered in this article may not be complete, and hope that subsequent studies can better solve them.
