Public Service Facilities Planning Researching Of Residential Community In The Background Of Suburbanization

Our country urbanization has come into a high-speed developing since1990s.It brought a large increase for land, but the land in the center district obviously can’t meet the need for urban construction. So suburbanization became a trend that big cities can’t avoid during the cities’ development. Suburbanization in residence is one aspect of city suburbanization, the construction of resettlement communities is a important part of residential suburbanization, and the public service facilities is closely related to the lives of resettle community residents living convenience. From the perspective of urban development, the planning and construction of resettlement residence, ensuring rational allocation of public resources, are import to solve the rapid development of the city as well as renovation of the old village.This article firstly clear research background that the current rapid growth of China’s urbanization rate, the rapid expansion of cities, the diverse needs of community public service facilities, and the framework for research ideas. Discrimination the related concepts, and analyzing briefly with domestic and international residential community public service facilities theory of planning and construction and practical experience. Combined with Jinan suburbanization development course and characteristics, to analyze the practical problems community public service facilities facing in residential suburbanization. Focus on public service facilities of resettlement community in planning and construction, the characteristics as follows,(1) the level of public service facilities setting in communities is very different.(2) The communities taken for example are completely set public service facilities as the classification, the scope and proportion of community services facilities are bigger than before.(3) The space layout of public service facilities is taken by the way of combination concentrated and scattered. Then analyzing the characteristics and uses aspirations of residents. Finally proposing public service facilities planning optimization strategy of suburban settlement community.This paper studies the public service facilities in suburban in Jinan by quota, content, space layout of public service facilities. It has these characteristics, Above these analyses, the paper gets up the public service facilities system of settlement and neighborhood two grades, and takes open neighborhood in space layout. And it takes the measures of earlier planning, fund inputting, and supervision strictly and so on, to guaranty the public service facilities’ development and construction.
