Study On Community Planning Of Forestry Staff Community In Heilongjiang Province After The Reform Of State-owned Forest Region

Community is a basic part of the city and a basic space for people to live and live in.Traditional planning has many problems because it can't adapt to the development of the times and meet the needs of residents.The dissatisfaction of residents' needs leads to the lack of community vitality and poor sense of belonging.In this paper,the purpose of community planning is to meet the needs of residents,stimulate community vitality and achieve community development,so as to promote urban development.Based on the analysis of the factors that affect the development of the community,this paper establishes the evaluation system of the forestry workers' community in Heilongjiang Province,which includes the community social population index,the community economic index,the community management service,the community spiritual civilization construction and the community material space environment.Through the expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process to get the weight of each index,and through consulting the community information and questionnaire and other ways to carry out quantitative scoring of each index,and then get the five aspects of the community scores and community comprehensive scores,and according to the scores,carry out the corresponding planning strategy research.By analyzing the problems,the paper puts forward the development strategy of community economy industry,the optimization strategy of community management system,the construction strategy of community spiritual civilization and the improvement strategy of community material space.Finally,the paper takes the community planning research of a forestry worker community in Yichun City as an example,analyzes and calculates the data using the established community evaluation system of forestry workers,obtains the scores of various indicators of the community,and then analyzes the specific problems existing in the community,and puts forward the community planning strategies for the specific problems.Based on the theory of community planning,this paper establishes the community evaluation system of forestry workers in Heilongjiang Province through literature review and field investigation,and puts forward the corresponding community planning strategies,which is of great significance to guide the community planning of forestry workers in Heilongjiang Province.Based on the empirical study of community planning of a community in Yichun City,this paper provides some ideas for the community planning of forestry workers' community in the state-owned forest region of China.
