With the rapid development of economic and urban construction, the large-scale buildings appear more and more frequent. However, fire on these places harm to people’s property and lives are becoming more damaging, and easy to cause by the personnel casualties and the huge property damage, building one of the main means of fire prevention automatic fire alarm system, so it is necessary to intelligent monitoring of residential, shopping malls, office buildings and other densely populated parts of the fire alarm control. Actually, the fire alarm control often false positives and false negatives fire, should avoid blindly submitted to the fire due to itself failure and omission fire information. Usually, fire alarm is generally independent of the each other. The Fire Services Monitoring and Commanding Centre can not to know in the each of the large buildings of fire alarm information.Based on the above background, this paper presents the city fire alarm control intelligent monitoring terminal, by use of RS485serial communication methods to fire alarm control real-time signal acquisition, according to finite automaton mode to parse and decompose the collected data frame, and extract the work’s information of the fire alarm control, then based knowledge intelligent judgment the current operating status of the controller, such as equipment failure, fire false positives. Finally, the fire information and fault information sent to the fire command center monitoring by the socket communication technology based on TCP protocol, Support the instructions issued by the receiving fire monitoring command center at the same time, such as the duty officer irregular inspection. First step of reasoning process is conditional assembly by used of context of the work repository. In order to improve the efficiency of search rules in the determination of the fault level, by Fault level rule tree to accelerate the speed of the interpretation of the rules.The focus of this paper is to study how intelligent analysis of the work of the fire alarm control, proposed that according to the current work of the fire alarm control information and its context, and base on knowledge judgment fire alarm controller working condition. Build the knowledge base that use production rules to represent knowledge and rules are defined and stored by the XML document, according to Fire alarm control current work information and its context work, forward reasoning rules based on fault type and fault level rules output fault type and fault level, the same time, given the detailed design of the system architecture, hardware structure, software architecture and network structure of the monitoring terminal, and given the important module software implementation.Finally, this paper given the application instance of the monitoring terminal, combined with the city fire alarm control monitoring system, monitoring information by the electronic map display, the city fire alarm control monitoring system has been piloted in some large shopping malls, from the results of the test run, to some extent can be reduced hazards due to fire.
