It’s an important part of the reinforced concrete composite bridge construction quality to study the super-wide large-span V-shaped rigid frame basket tied arch bridge construction key techno logy.Sihe Booming Bridge is the project background of this paper.After access to massive literature and engineering examples,the spatial finite element analysis model is established with the large finite element software Midas/CIVIL,in the method of monitoring. A large number of experimental study and analysis have been carried out about the key technologies on the quality of the project.The main study contents are as follows.(1)This paper analyzes the structural characteristics and mechanical behaviour of super-wide large-span composite basket tied arch bridge,introduces the key construction technology program of the main span tied arch and side span V-shaped rigid frame of Booming Bridge,takes full account of the construction difficulties of super-wide large-span composite tied arch bridge and studies the appropriate construction technology of its construction process.(2)This paper analyzes the compositon of the composite support,introduces their characteristics respectively.Spatial finite element models of beam and composite support are established.The modelling processes,such as the simulation of boundary conditions,the determination of various parameters and the determination of upper load,are detailed analyzed.The model can analog the actual construction mechanical characteristics of the beam,and analyzes the factors affecting support stable and adverse conditions.(3)Spatial finite element model of the full-bridge is established. A number of key conditions are selected for the simulation.This paper summarizes structural displacement and internal force variation,and identifies the most adverse condition of structural stress and deformation that may occur.(4)This paper analyzes the hydrated heat of the arch ribs and side hole rigid frame,establishes the three-dimensional solid finite element models,analyzes the trends of internal and surface temperature and stress and identifies them,and provides a basis for the correct construction of concrete.Considering the mix ratio of concrete,high-grade special-shaped concrete hydrated heat,and pouring process,a number of measures are proposed to reduce the heat of hydration and to improve the crack resistance of the arch ribs and V-shaped rigid frame.
