Traditional oil usually use mineral oil as base oil,mineral oil exist poorbiodegradable degree and health threat problem. In the face of the environmentalrequirements of automobile gear oil, this paper research high-performanceenvironmentally friendly automobile gear oil. This paper studies a variety of extremepressure and antiwear additive in trimellitic acid ester, trimethylolpropane oleic acidester, neopentyl polyol ester, analyzes the lubrication mechanism. In order to knowreveal additive of interaction between internal mechanism, using BP neural networktheory to establish a variety of additives in neopentyl polyol ester tribologicalcharacteristics of neural network model. Research results as follows:1Choose many kinds of sulfur and phosphorus series additive and trimellitic acidester, trimethylolpropane oleic acid ester, neopentyl polyol ester sample preparation,sample of each different mass fraction friction and wear test, the contrast of differentadditives and base oil compound with sample tribological properties, test showed thatphosphorus system and sulfur additive can significantly improve esters some lubricatingability, but no one type additive can also meet the needs of different lubricationperformance, should compound with use.2Sulphur phosphorous type additive has good extreme pressure and anti-wearproperties, sulfur additive showed very good resistance to sintering ability. The sulfurcontent additive more, Pb is higher. Boundary lubrication of chemical adsorption filmformation ability afflected by the sulfur content. In the structure similar additive, sulfurcontent is higher, the easier it is to form chemical film; Pd and additives on the activesulfur content, active sulfur content is higher, the higher Pd.3Analysis of the boundary lubrication of reaction film formation process, the papersulfur and phosphorus series additive extreme pressure and anti-wear mechanism.4Establishment of the BP neural network tribological behavior simulation model, which can objectively reflect exactly the additives in neopentyl polyol ester tribologycharacteristic.WSD, Pb, Pd value and additive content composition proportion,established a nonlinear mapping. Model has strong association function, save manpower,is a kind of effective oil formula optimization method. The number of hidden neuronsinfluence network nonlinear mapping ability, the increase of the number of hiddenneurons can improve network nonlinear mapping ability.
