With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the global resource crisis is becoming more and more obvious.Whether motor vehicles,locomotives,all the machinery,the effectiveness of the lubrication of the machine used to determine the number and efficiency of the machine,the oil or grease,the choice has become the most important issue.This study using MS-800 four ball testing machine,the neopentyl alcohol ester(NPE-3)of the poly five sulfide:sulfur and nitrogen in boric acid ester,borate ester containing nitrogen,sixteen alkyl boric acid calcium,eighteen alkoxy glucosinolates boric acid calcium,eighteen alkoxy sulfur generation nano calcium borate alkoxy in tribology research;,and on the study of tribology for dialkyl dithiocarbamate ester,lardcd–1 with generation of phosphate in the neopentyl alcohol ester(NPE-3)and adipic acid isooctyl ester in(1:1).By adopting the method of uniform design in the neopentyl alcohol ester(NPE-3)seven levels and three factors and five factors in nine levels of experimental design,and use of artificial neural network method is optimized with the result of test,and the test verification and error analysis,preliminary test to verify the accuracy of the results and choose the more optimized ratio of the additive content of the research.Using electron microscopy and energy spectrum diagram analysis of the friction surface state and mechanism,the law of studied tribology for boron the series of additive,and the traditional sulfur and phosphate additive synergism on the alcohol ester(NPE-3),and analyzes its mechanism of lubrication.the research on effects of the influence in the grinding pressure under different load size,to reveal the interaction mechanism between additive for analysis of borate ester containing nitrogen additive composition and chemical state in steel ball friction surface membrane by using scanning electron microscope(SEM).Tribological performance was established based on BP neural network theory of artificial neural network model of a variety of additives on the neopentyl alcohol ester(NPE-3),.Facing the trend of environmental protection requirements for automotive gear lubricant development developed environment-friendly type automobile gear oil is imperative,environmental protection type automobile gear oil lubrication performance of basic research is very necessary.
