Rolling bearings play a supporting role in the machine and equipment applications andhave the direction development of the high-speed, heavy-duty, therefore, the more accuratefor the design and manufacture is more important.In this paper, the platform for parametric modeling and analysis of rolling bearing iscreated, achieves some species of rolling bearings modeling and finite element analysis. Theindependent platform is development combined with C++, finite element analysis softwareANSYS batch mode is external operated, the effect of full implementation of the modeling,applied to the boundary conditions and analysis process, convenient operation, rapidmodeling and analysis, extraction and multi-angle view results. In addition the rolling bearingdynamic mathematical model is established between the various components and the platformfor the mathematical model is designed and development, the platform achieves curvedrawing of the relationship of frequency and Amplitude, and achieves the optimizedcomputing of the best outer ring parameters, could more convenient analysis the impact ofvarious parameters on the stability of the vibration. Combined with rolling bearings in theactual structure and performance, this article has following aspects:1) The relationships between the various size parameters on the base of a reasonable choice ofrolling bearing structure and size. Combined with APDL language of the finite elementanalysis software ANSYS and the function for secondary development, the rolling bearingcommand stream text is write and operator interface is established.2) The platform for rolling bearings parametric modeling and analysis is designed with theuse of Visual C++software development capabilities and ANSYS APDL language, hasparameter input interface and image output interface. The parameters could be set andmodified convenient and quick on the platform which realize effectively the creation of thefinite element model and static analysis of the part of rolling bearings. The platform isverified and has a use value through the confrontation of platform analysis calculation results and the theoretical results of Hertz.3) The amplitude calculation of bearing system and optimized parameter is researched,mathematical process is realized and the curve is draw by using C++fully, and the algorithmprocess is detail introduced;4) Each module is clearly designed on the platform in order to make its structure clear.The results of this paper provide aided design method for rolling bearings. The way todevelop software platform provides design shortcuts. In the paper, the kind of parametricmethod also suitable for other model parametric studies and parameters optimization methodfor the development of better performance and lays the foundation for rolling bearings.
