Rolling bearing is widely used in the mechanical supporting parts.With the development of modern science and technology,Design and manufacture of rolling bearings put forward higher requirements. Structure size of the optimization design of rolling bearing is a bearing manufacturing at first to be one of the main design steps, and this part of the work when modeling for designers to bring a lot of heavy work. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a quick and easy rolling bearings of parameterized modeling and parameterized modeling analysis platform, thus to complete bearing series product modeling, numerical analysis and design.This article in view of the rolling bearing of parameterized modeling and numerical analysis system were studied.In order to improve the efficiency of the design of the rolling bearing, the use of Visual C++ and APDL of ANSYS software, develops independent software analysis system. The system can operate via external finite element analysis software ANSYS batch mode, the full implementation of the parametric modeling, set the material properties, boundary conditions and the whole process of analysis, and can greatly improve design efficiency and quality of rolling bearings. This system also has a good visual function,in each of the analysis of the output image can be respectively view: three-dimensional entity model, the finite element mesh model, the deformation figure, stress and strain contours,etc.Also added Angle parameter in image form, which can realize multiple Angle observation results of the analysis, in accordance with different Angle of view results in ANSYS. It outlines the system basic architecture design, system basic function, system function realization. And according to the type B7008 bearing, the feasibility and reliability verifies the system.This article mainly from the following aspects are studied:1)The establishment of the rolling bearing parameter modeling and numerical analysis system. Study the ANSYS secondary development technology based on Visual c + +. Solvethe Visual Studio interface technology with ANSYS software, APDL command stream file encapsulation and visual Studio with ANSYS software of the data communication and so on.2)To study the relationship between the independent parameters and dependent parameters. Through mechanical design manual, choose outside diameter, inside diameter,width,contact Angle and the number of roller as the five main dimension parameters, such as independent parameters, other parameters as an independent parameter,to reasonable design of rolling bearing structure size. Combination of finite element analysis software ANSYS APDL language and the function of secondary development, write text command flow of rolling bearing and set up operation interface;3)Research system of parametric modeling, numerical analysis and visualization processing functions. Based on the secondary development function of ANSYS, with Visual C+ + programming techniques and the APDL language of ANSYS software, developed rolling bearing parametric modeling and numerical analysis system. By input bearing series or the key parameters, system will automatically complete modeling, meshing and setting of boundary conditions,and then according to the demand for rolling bearings in static analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, spectral analysis, transient analysis and thermal stress analysis, finally can be calculated to obtain quantities of visual processing.4)Compared with results of Hertz theory calculation and the numerical simulation of parametric numerical analysis system.Under the same analytical conditions, Hertz theory calculation and numerical simulation.In two kinds of cases, Compared with the maximum contact stress of roller with inside and outside the circle,the area of the contact area contact ellipse.5)To study the effect of mesh density on the analysis of accuracy. Contact problem of rolling bearings is multi-body contact nonlinear problem, and contact area radius is very small,so the finite element meshing is critical problem.
