With the development of economy and society, wide-span and high buildings become more and more popular, and the prestressed technology is used widely. By the restrictions of clear height and requirements of planning, it is difficult for ordinary concrete frame structure to be widely used in the center of cities. However, the ordinary flat beam frame structure could solve those problems. Further, if we could combine the prestressed technology and flat beam frame structure to form the unbonded prestressed concrete flat beam frame structure, which will play a more obviously comprehensive effect. So based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper has a further research on the unbonded prestressed concrete flat beam frame structure. The main works are as follows:1. With the help of PKPM structure design program, we design and establish the flat beam frame structure analysis model and then we can obtain the relevant prestressed RC flat beam frame structure model by applying the prestressed reinforcement equivalent load to the flat beam frame structure analysis model.2. With the help of SAP2000finite element analysis program, though the analysis of different floors of the unbonded prestressed concrete flat beam frame structure, under the effect of earthquake, for example7degrees(0.15g),8degrees (0.3g), we get a conclusion about the largest floor-number (height) of this structure, and which floor is the weakest layer of this structure.3. Comparing among the ordinary flat beam frame and ordinary concrete frame and the unbonded prestressed concrete flat beam frame under the effect of elastic earthquake are present in this paper. The main comparison parameters include natural period of vibration, lateral displacement, angle of floor displacement, shear of floor etc.4. Through pushover method the aseismic response among the three models under the rare earthquake and the collapsed phase, and research the aseismic behavior of the unbonded prestressed concrete flat beam frame structure are analysed. The main conclusions:The unbonded prestressed concrete flat beam frame structure has the basic properties as ordinary concrete frame structure, but it has worse aseismic behavior with ordinary concrete frame structure. It’s better to build in low aseismic area, and its maximum building-layer is10(4.2storey height), instead of building in the high aseismic area.
