| With the improvement of computer technology, control technology, sensor testing technology and etc, mechatronics has become an important trend in the development of mechanical and electrical products. The products, including automobiles, household appliances and instruments, have shown infinite vitality and vigor by the driven of mechanical and electrical technology. The Single-axis Liner Motion Mechanism of Plume Pipe Rack which works in the X-unit’s tunnel environment, is used to simulate the flow field distributions for the experimental device.In this paper, the linear motion mechanism and its control technology has been described, using the ball screw as the transmission mechanism and the linear guides to support. Meanwhile a control method which uses the industrial control computer as the control device to drive the servo system so as to realize the demand of the control system has been proposed.Firstly, the development and applications of the automatic control technology and the linear motion mechanisms both at home and abroad are discussed in this paper. The detailed analysis of construction and ordinary realizing methods for mechanical electronical control system are given. Then, the overall program for the motion control system is proposed.Secondly, detailed description about the design of the transmission mechanism is given in this paper. At the same time the design of the control program and its circuits of the control system are also given. Then the control system hardwares are selected and the rack mechanical structures are built and analyzed. Moreover, a preliminary discussion for the control system’s anti-jamming design has been carried on in this paper.Finally, after detailed analysis of the requirements of control system, a control platform based on the VC++’s MFC platform to do the Plume Pipe Rack’s experiments and tests is designed in this paper. By debugging and testing in the industry environment, the movement and positioning requirements are verified and the requests for accuracy, stability and easy maneuverability are also met. It can provide some references to other mechatronics products design. |
