| As a new type of prestressed anchor cables, dispersed pressure anchor cable has been widely used in modern geotechnical engineering.However, the theory of design calculations still lags behind engineering practice because of complex anchoring mechanism of dispersed pressure anchor cable. So It is necessary to study the dispersed pressure anchor cable on action mechanism and design methods from the theory deeply.Taking the project’ action mechanism and design methods of the dispersed pressure anchor cable’ of China Railway Eryuan as the research backgroud, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis method are used to research anchoring Mechanism and reasonable bearing plate distance of the dispersed pressure anchor cable. On the basis of literature review on load transfer mechanism and reinforcement effect of prestressed anchor cable, some normal theoretical solutions of shear stress distribution at anchoring section are compared with each other. By using of numerical simulation, this paper mainly research on anchoring mechanism infulenced by low tensile properties of grout at bearing plate, the parameters about the interface of grout-rock,and cable tensioning sequence. Research shows that increase the parameters about the interface of grout-rock can effectively reduce the stress superimposed effect between the anchoring unit, reduce the axial displacement of the anchoring unit, and can effectively improve the anchoring force of anchorage system. Stretching from the proximal ends to the distal ends will increase the stress superimposed effect between the anchoring unit, So, this text recommend Stretching from the distal ends to the proximal ends in the field of construction. Based on the results of numerical analysis, this paper provide the recommended values of reasonable bearing plate distance and fitting formula for different rock mass. when the unit anchoring force300kN, It is recommended that the value of reasonable bearing plate distance is1.5m~2.0m in broken rock mass, and2.5m~3.0m in weathered soft rock,5.0m~5.5m in sandy clay. The research has a good reference on the design of dispersed pressure anchor cable. |
