| With the development of society and economy, the railway transportation traffic and its speed grow up day by day. This put forward higher requirements to the maintenance of existing railway track. However, relied on the principle of involute to maintain the track has been increasingly unable to meet the requirement of production. So the method of existing line adjustment based on absolute coordinates has been focused on and gradually promoted.The design parameter of existing line is the reference of testing and maintenance for the railway department. At present, it always regards the original design parameters as a reference. However, after years of operation, the existing railway track may have deviated to the same direction. Adjust the existing railway track regard original design file as a reference will increase workload and maintenance cost to a certain degree, and it’s not the optimal scheme whose adjustment quantity is the smallest overall. As a result, it’s necessary to optimize the design of existing line, because the optimized design can meet the requirement of design specification as well as decrease the workload and maintenance cost.To determine the property of location of the line is a basic one. So, the paper mainly concentrates on the algorithm of automatic sectionalizing and optimization design of line. The content and outcome of this research is as followings:Firstly, it proposed a horizontal alignment automatic recognition method which based on slope variability and proposed a vertical alignment automatic recognition method which based on slope variability. The engineering experimental data shows that this method has advantages of high efficiency, accuracy and automatic recognition to recognize the property of railway line.Secondly, based on automatic recognition, and taking the current position of the existing track into account, it researches a method of linear optimization design on considering of both specification constrains and adjustment quantity. The case indicates that the quantity is smaller when use optimized railway design.Thirdly, it derives mathematical models to calculate the adjustment quantity in any mileage based on the optimized line and this can give a reference for large scale maintenance machinery to maintain the railway.At last, based on the new method of this paper, the author designs a software of linear optimization for the existing railway, achieves the target of automatic segmentation and optimizing design of the horizontal alignment and vertical alignmen of the existing lines by programming, and it can calculate the adjustment quantity of the orbit in any mileage. |
