| In order to make the railway under load for long time can maintain in a good geometry status, track regularity should be detected regularly. Besides that, the railway sections with bad track regularity must be adjusted in time to meet the requirement of safe running. How to evaluate the geometry status of existing railway track basing on precise calculation of parameters of track geometrical condition by the coordinates and altitudes of measured discrete track points is one of the main problems; In addition, in order to decrease the costs of railway maintenance and improve the operation efficiency, the optimum design of railway line which can ensure the minimum track adjustment value on both plane and vertical section should be used as a reference. Above all, the main research contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly, the thesis proposed a new automatic linear segmentation method which combine approximate segmentation basing on different value of azimuth of consecutive strings and accurate segmentation using iteration fitting algorithm.Secondly, on the basis of accurate segmentation result, it figured out both plane fitting line of center track and vertical section fitting line of reference track according to orthogonal least square fitting principle. This fitting line can make the sum of squares of both plane and vertical discrepancy reach minimum value.Thirdly, it derived an accurate method to calculate parameters of track geometrical condition by using the design line (or fitting line) of track and measured coordinates and altitudes of discrete track points.Fourthly, combined with operation principle of tamping coach, it converted fitting line to target line of track adjustment which apply to track lifting and lining. Besides that, it figured out the track adjustment value at each mileage. On top of that, according to the studies above and considering the requirements of measuring and adjustment working for existing railway track, it developed a data processing software of optimization design for existing railway line (ODR). |
