The railway track regularity is the basis for the smooth and safe operation of the train,in order to maintain the high regularity of track,it is necessary to adjust the track regularly.However,after long-term operation of existing railway,the geometric position and curve parameters of track have changed relative to the design reference.Therefore,firstly,horizontal and vertical curve parameters are optimized and reconstructed according to the measured coordinate and elevation data of the existing ballast track,in order to get the curve parameters consistent with the actual linear,then,based on the absolute deviation of track after the optimal reconstruction,adjusting the track.In this thesis,the author intends on analyzing the influences of the curve radius and the length of the transition curve on curve optimization,and comparing the fitting accuracy of straight line using LS method and TLS method.In the optimization of horizontal curves,establishing straight lines optimization which is based on TLS method and curves optimization which is based on direct search method,taking the intersection coordinates of straight line between curves,curve radius and length of transition curves as the optimization parameters.In the opitimization of vertical curves,establishing slopes optimization which is based on TLS method and vertical curve radius optimization which is based on direct search method,taking the around slope and vertical curve radius as the optimization parameters.Realized the optimal and reconstruction of continuous horizontal and vertical curve parameters.By an existing railway measured data experiment,the cumulative lateral deviation of track points is reduced by 2.8 times and the maximum lateral deviation is reduced by 193mm;the cumulative vertical deviation is reduced by 5.9 times and the maximum vertical deviation is reduced by 270mm,compared with the original design parameters,In the end,using the principle of chord method to realize the optimization of the tamping scheme and the programming of the algorithm,the qualified rate of 10m string and 20m string of the result is 100%,and it can eliminate the medium and long wave irregularity of track,without considering the influence of tamping error,analog adjusted TQI values(including only the 10m chord direction and hight of left and right track)decreased from 5.89 to 0.84.Data processing software for optimization of existing ballast track(OEBR)is developed,which has a similar function with a manufacturer’s track fine adjustment software,compared with the results obtained by man-machine interaction,it shows that the amount of plane adjustment calculated by man-machine interaction optimization method is reduced by 22.11%,and the vertical adjustments are avoided drop the track.
