With the development of the EMU manufacturing technology,the debugging technology matching the maintenance of the EMU also changes with each passing day.However,we have been faced in the process of the EMU repair no other trains to cooperate with the reconnection test problems.Therefore,it is urgent to develop and design a high-speed EMU reconnection simulation experiment device,which can replace the physical train and the existing train to complete the reconnection action.It can simulate various control commands sended by the EMU and monitor the current status of the reconnection train.The research and application of the experimental device has important practical significance for the maintenance,debugging and upgrading of the existing EMU.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the high-speed EMU reconnection simulation experimental device,this paper puts forward the overall design scheme of the device,and realizes the reconnection monitoring of the train through the design of software and hardware.According to the design scheme,the hardware design part of the experimental device firstly designs the overall hardware structure of the device,and at the same time completes the overall layout and wiring of the device according to the design specifications.Secondly,the selection and design of each sub-module used in the experimental device mainly includes functional hardware such as reconnection gateway,reconnection control unit,hot axis simulation device,end signal simulator,coupler connector and host computer monitoring device.The software design of the experimental device is mainly based on the functional requirements of the software,and the overall architecture of the software is designed according to the basic principles of program design.The software design mainly includes the design of the PC application program and the hardware devices driver program.Among them,the software part of the PC mainly includes the design of the UDP communication program,the design of the PC interface and the corresponding function program;the hardware devices driver program is mainly designed for the driver of the core component of the reconnection simulation experiment device.In the test stage,the stability and reliability of the experimental device are verified,which meets the requirements of high-speed EMU reconnection test.The device has passed the acceptance check of various functional indicators,and the the overall performance has reached the relevant technical requirements and has been applied in the workshop.Compared to traditional diagnostic methods,the use of the device effectively reduces labor costs and labor intensity,improves the utilization rate of the plant,greatly improves the maintenance efficiency of the EMU,and has far-reaching practical significance for the improvement of the overall capacity of China's equipment manufacturing industry.
