The CRTS Ⅱ slab track structure is the overall force structure which is connected by mulsified asphalt cement mortar layer and concrete track layer. It’s difficult to avoid producing damages of interlayer connections during their service, and the diseases will affect the track structure and traffic safety and destroy integrity of CRTS II slab track structure. At present the influence of damage on interface connections of the track structure is unclear and there is also short of maintenance criterion. This article is mainly about the research on the damage of interface connections of CRTS Ⅱ slab track structure, including the following contents and conclusions:(1) Based on field surveys and experimental studies, the form of damage is summarized, and characteristics of interface connections damage is specific introduced. The cause and development mechanism of the interface connections damage is emphatically elaborated from the viewpoint of the performance of asphalt cement mortar and theory of interface damage of bi-material.(2) Simplified rational mechanics, finite element analysis statics model for the CRTS II slab track is established, using contact analysis theory to simulate the relationship between the mortar and track slab. Considering the train load and temperature gradient, mechanical behavior of slab track structure with different positions and proportions interface connections damage was calculated and analysed. The results showed that interface connections damage would accelerate the adjacent structure fatigue. the influence of interface connections damage at the angle of slab on track slab and mortar layer is the most disadvantaged. when length of damage was less than0.65meters and width less than0.2meters, the structure was relatively stable; when the length of damage was between0.65meters and1.95meters and width between0.25and0.75meters, the force of slab track structure increased with increasing of length of damage, and was sensitive to the size of damage. When the length was above1.95meters, the force increase trend slowed. When the length was above3.25meters and width was more than0.75meters, the adhesion at the interface of mortar layer and slab layer was nearly failure, residual mortar could not constrain the slab.(3)According to the characteristic of interface connection damage, Based on the statics theory and field status, the repairing of damage of interface connection damage was studied and calculated. The result showed that materials with low elastic modulus should be used when repairing damage which was not serious, while materials with high elastic modulus should be used when repairing serious damage...
