Study On Material Properties And Application Of Cement Asphalt Mortar

With the rapid development of the national economy,the high-speed railway ballastless track has made great development.In recent years,CRTS-? ballastless slab track is an type of the main stucture forms in China's high speed railway system,with manifold advantages of safety,comfort,higher precision and construction progress at a rapid pace.Type ? Cement asphalt mortar(more often known as CA mortar)is the key material of CRTS ? ballastless slab track,influencing its durablity and safety.Therefore,it is important for the preparation of CAmortar to track slab structure.The main research content of this paper is as follows:First of all,by analysizing rheological properties and effect of particle deposition of CA mortar mixture,selected the main raw material of CA mortar:emulsified asphalt,sand gradation range and cement.Secondly,based on Ma/Mc,Ms/Mc,expansive agent,silica fume,water reducing agent,stabilizer,early strength agent,defoaming agent and preparation parameters on ? CA mortar workability,strength and volume stability influence rule,establishes the type ? CA mortar material selection criteria,key technology parameters of preparation of type ? CA mortar was determined,with the basic CRTS ? ballastless track emulsified asphalt cement mortar ratio;and in the mix,put forward the emulsified asphalt cement mortar dry formula design of different construction temperature.Thirdly,combined with the Jiangxi section of Shanghai-Kunming Railway Passenger Dedicated Line,through a lot of experiments,using the orthogonal design method,analysised the 4 kinds of raw materials(emulsified asphalt,drying agent,defoamer,water reducer)to influence on the properties of CAmortar and obtained the basic mixing proportioning of CAmortar finally.At last,studied the construction technology of the CRTS ? ballastless track emulsified asphalt cement mortar,including the storage and management of raw materials,accurating adjustment after the completion of construction,the base plate edge pressing,wetting process,as well as the emulsified asphalt cement mortar pouring and curing process,The report Summarized the common quality problems in the construction of mortar filling layer and preventive measures,proposed the basic principle of control and improve the quality of the project.
