Based on the research of bridge construction risk, taking bridge construction process as the research object, using bridge construction process of risk analysis, evaluation, supervision and safety control as main thread, risk management and safety control systems could be build with the modern construction supervision and risk management theories, providing technical support for ensuring bridge construction safety and quality, In this thesis, the main research results are as follows:(1) According to the definition of construction risk and the characteristics of bridge construction, methods and models that bridge construction risk identify, assessment and dynamic evaluation could be established respectively, providing theoretical foundation for construction risk management and safety control.(2) Combined with Chinese situation, construction industry’s values and the disaster tolerance, division criterions that bridge construction risk probability of occurrence, casualty and property losses, construction delay and environmental impact could be build, acceptance criteria and standards are also established.(3) Based on risk evaluation, bridge construction process risk and safety control systems could be build, including construction risk supervision, response plans and construction process control. Identified, residual and newly identify risks are under comprehensive supervision with the help of the system, laying the foundation for establishing a risk decision-making and early warning system.(4) In accordance with construction schedule, target and the change of construction risk, risk dynamic decision-making model that taking communication for information as a core is established, providing with construction risk decision-making guidelines.(5) Crisis warning, risk intervention and emergency management systems should be established for bridge construction process production accident and emergency, which can minimize the loss and negative effects aroused by incidents, avoiding secondary disasters caused by emergencies. (6) Focusing on risk management and construction process control for a long-span continuous rigid frame bridge, construction risks for the key construction phase are identified by using the theory put forward in this paper, achieving that the Midas Civil finite element numerical simulation technology could be used in construction process safety control.
