In the previous pressure test of the train braking system, people who do the train inspection should carry the manometer and walkie-talkie to the fixed position at the train tail, to measure the pressure data, then transmit the data to the central control room verbally via walkie-talkie, the entire test process has a low degree of automation, and can not be accurately obtain the pressure data, and the data can not be stored for future reference. To improve the accuracy and the degree of automation of the pressure test, meet the new requirement of the test, we need to develop a real-time, intelligent detection and transmission system of the pressure data of train braking system. This has a very great significance to make the pressure test more efficiently, to ensure the safe running of trains, and to adapt the development status and trends of train.Based on the power line carrier communication technology and the C8051F020MCU, this thesis developed a real-time pressure data acquisition and transmission devices via the existing power line on train. The system expanded a outside RAM memory to enhance the storage capacity of the pressure data, and provided a real-time clock chip in order to store and query the pressure data. In order to further improve the RAM resources utilization and the efficiency of the power line carrier communication data transmission, this thesis identified simple methods for data compression and calibration which are useful in the SCM system, to compress and calibrate the collected pressure data. The power line carrier communication module used in this system is PLM-510, which can make the data transmit safely and reliably on the power line. Based on the railway technical standards and the actual application requirements, we completed the design of the system by software and hardware combination, achieved the desired function, and accurately, efficiently, reliably completed the wind restThe pressure data collection and transmission device designed by this thesis can meet the requirements of the relevant technical standards about train running, make the wind test completed stably, accurately and reliably. The main parts designed by this thesis, such as the real-time data monitoring methods, the data compression and calibration methods, the power line carrier communication technology and so on, can enable the reliable exchange of data between the monitoring center and wind pressure acquisition terminals, and the acquisition terminals can adapt the harsh environment on the railway. Meeting the related applications on railway, this system also can be applied in other industrial applications.
